"I got Dave~" you sang. You loved hanging out with him; he was just so COOL! Plus, maybe you had a teeny tiny crush on him. MAYBE.
You happily skipped into the closet with your host, ignoring the immediate chaos occurred as soon as the responsible party left.
You stood with your back against one wall and Dave's against the other, but your faces were still close together.
"Hey Dave~?" you asked happily.
"Sup?" He responded with his regular poker face.
"Can you rap for me?"
He seemed slightly shocked by this response, but began to lay down some sweet rhymes. "Yo, we be sitting in this closet, chilling like we paused it, stuck for seven minutes, but we gonna win it, this game I suggested, as a joke John jested, knowing life ain't long- Damn, I lost it."
You beamed at him and hugged him, catching him by surprise. "That was awesome! You just came up with that?!"
"Uh, yeah. That cool?"
"Dude, it was AWESOME!"
"Not really. It's too rough and I lost the rhythm.  But if you liked it, that's cool, I guess."
You smiled and poked his chest. "Quit being so hard on yourself! C'mon, give me a hug!"
"No."
"Yes!"
"No."
"Why not?"
"..."
You smirked and made a puppy dog face. "How 'bout a kiss, then?"
Surprisingly, he got the same smirk on his face and leaned in. "Like this?" The two of you kissed briefly and held each other. "They're not going to unlock the door for a while, are they?" you whispered.
He grinned. "Nope."
For the rest of the night, the loud banging coming from the closet was just barely audible over the pounding music and screaming teenagers. You wouldn't be surprised if you woke up in the morning to find that the house had burned down during the night.
